Here is a unique diet that helps your body adjust to a hard diet program, organizing meals and shopping lists. And to make it even easier, here are a few guidelines meant to help you lose weight faster.
It’s important to take your meals at the same hour every day. If you miss a meal for serious reasons, you may have it 2 hours later, at most, but don’t make a rule out of this. And don’t delay the other meals to compensate.
Get used to drinking at least 1.5 liters of water a day. Water is important for eliminating the toxins and helps digestion.
Don’t skip meals. This will slow your metabolism with 20-30 % and will make you eat more afterwards.
Make your own portions. A portion of cooked meat should be as big as your palm. This is enough to get you the needed nutrients.

Breakfast, 0800 - 100g low fat cows cheese, 2 slices of dark bread or toast, a cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch, 1400 - vegetables soup, grilled chicken breast;
Dinner, 1900 - tuna salad (green salad, 2 tomatoes, 4 olives, a boiled egg, a can of tuna, a cucumber, 3 green onions, olive oil, lemon juice)
For the 1100 snacks, you may have an apple, and for the 1700 snacks, a glass of juice.
