You can satisfy your cravings, enjoy small eating pleasures and keep your weight under control. The secret is in associating different foods, a few taste pairs that help you stop in time!
Sweet + salty
When you feel the need to eat something sweet, don’t stop. Eat the sweet, in a small quantity, and then eat something salty. This will allow you to stop eating sweets. Just try it. We recommend you eat a pear that will get you carbohydrate in reasonable quantities, especially fructose, which is a powerful sweetener, and stop your sweet desire to eat sweet with a small piece of cheese.
Sweet + fat
Sweets raise blood glucose very fast, meaning the sugar level in the blood. A very sweet mix determines the insulin production that causes the imbalance in the organism. If you add fat, you slow the sugar digestion and extend the fullness. We recommend you 4 figs and a bunch of almonds. Dry fruit are rich in carbohydrate and help raising the glucose blood, and almonds contain unsaturated fat which determine cholesterol lowering.

Fat + protein
Fat bring many calories in a small volume, 1g of fat + 9 kcal, and to limit the calories number, ad light protein, like non-fat dairy, which have only 2kcal / g. .We recommend pistachios + natural yoghurt. Oily fruit are fat, but also rich in minerals, and yoghurt contains protein and calcium, good for the bones.
Salty + fat
The salted taste stimulates the papacy taste, making you want to eat more and more. If you eat fat foods at the same time, it will neutralize the salted taste. This is how you eat less and you’ll get hungry more rare. We recommend breadsticks and dry sausages. But you don’t have to abuse the sausages, even if they’re rich in vitamin and vitamin B, 50g is more than enough, or your weight is in danger!
