Salt is a key element in our alimentation, because it aids the cellular-level exchange. You need to avoid salt excess, but without totally excluding it from the menu. The daily recommended portion of salt is between 5 and 7 grams. But be careful, this is the whole quantity, not just the salt you add in your food. Salty foods are cheese, milk, sausages, butter, cans, pressed cheese. Even some vegetables contain salt. Our advice is to choose foods as unsalted as possible, and reduce the added salt quantity.
